How do I create or delete my Vault account?

Download Vault and sign up with Apple or your preferred method. To delete your account, use the in-app account settings. Deleting your account removes your profile from our services; note that canceling your account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription—you must manage that in Apple’s subscription settings.

How do I manage my Vault Pro subscription?

Subscriptions are billed through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then select Vault to change or cancel your plan. We cannot access or change App Store billing on your behalf.

What data does Vault collect?

We collect information you provide (such as profile and account details) and data necessary to run the app, including workout and activity information you choose to log. For a full breakdown of categories, retention, and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.

Who can see my workouts and activity?

Vault is built for mutual connections. Workout posts and activity you share are visible only to people you follow who also follow you back—not to the public or to search engines.

I signed in with Apple and my email looks wrong—why?

Apple only returns your name and email on the first Sign in with Apple. Later logins may not resend those fields from Apple’s servers; what you see in Vault reflects what was saved at first sign-in. For account updates, contact us below.

How do I export or delete my personal data?

Email us with the address associated with your account and describe your request (access, correction, or deletion). We respond in line with applicable privacy laws. Use support@vaultapp.app.
